Le réseau universel de paiements numériques (UDPN) est le réseau mondial de paiements interopérable le plus avancé pour les monnaies numériques réglementées, notamment les crypto-monnaies réglementées dont la valeur est liée à un actif de référence (stablecoins réglementés) et les monnaies numériques des banques centrales (MNBC).
Il favorise l’inclusion financière en permettant aux entreprises du monde entier de se connecter directement aux systèmes de monnaies numériques centralisés et décentralisés.

Qu’est-ce que l’UDPN ?

L’UDPN est une structure de messagerie de paiements décentralisée qui connecte les systèmes de monnaies numériques pour permettre des paiements efficaces, fluides, y compris dans les crypto-monnaies réglementées, dont la valeur est liée à un actif de référence et , à l’avenir, dans les monnaies numériques des banques centrales (MNBC).
Il est géré par l’Alliance UDPN par le biais d’un cadre de gouvernance répartie qui assure un contrôle commun et équitable.

Quel est son but ?

L’UDPN permet à toutes les entités (physiques ou morales) de transférer et d’échanger des monnaies numériques entre pays, monnaies et systèmes à peu de frais et de manière pratique.

Comment fonctionne-t-il ?

L’UDPN est une infrastructure reposant sur une chaîne de blocs qui facilite le déploiement et l’exécution de contrats intelligents de tiers pour rendre possibles des services financiers et de paiement en monnaies numériques.
